QR3 is a platform for data sharing that leverages technology of certified QR codes.
The goal is to save on the QR3 platform the data you want to share and make accessible.
Then print the QR3 labels and apply them where it is considered useful or necessary to allow you to get the information from that location. It can be used to advertise a product, to provide assistance or to provide information of the most varied nature, in events, festivals, museums, to record, to distribute instructions, to trace food or to store and manage the information that you want or you must make available to the public or to supervisory bodies.

QR3 is for free for the registrations as Physical Person which, at the time of subscription, have access to a Profile page and a Tab that you can fill out.
QR3 is for a fee for the registration as Company that have to buy a Package from those available (Basic, Pro or Custom).
How does QR3 work? Back to top
Once you have completed the registration and login, the QR3 portal presents 6 main sections: Account, Package, Profile, Tabs, QR3 and Reports.
Account: the section of the basic account information, such as Full Name of the owner and Password.
Package: the section of the secondary account information, such as Address and Phone of the Physical Person. For Company accounts, it contains the business data and displays the types of Packages available with highlighted one currently in use. On this page you can decide whether to renew or change Package in use.
Profile: the section for entering information and data (video, audio, images, attached link to social) related to the account owner. Is the page that represents the person or own business. This page, with the Tabs, will be visible to the public.
Tabs : the section for creating, editing, and management of your Tabs. The Tabs are identical to the Profile, except that they refer to the Products or Events. Products means any object that can be associated with the information (without a specific start date or end date). Event means a situation in which you can associate information with a start date and an end date.
For example, in the Products we can find the information about physical objects (works of art rather than food) or business services (description of the QR3 platform rather than the Arianna system) or instructions for a specific purpose (use an object rather than overcome a situation of danger).
In the Events on the other hand we can find the description of an exhibition open from/to, a conference that will be held on/at or an event when/where.
QR3: the section for creating, editing and managing your QR3 labels. When creating a QR3 label, as well as define some aesthetic, creating a connection between the label and a special Tab (either the Profile or a generic Tab). A QR3 label may be associated with only a Tab. A Tab can be associated with multiple QR3 labels. Through the QR3 label, using a smartphone or Tablet (or a tool that can read QR code), you will be given specific information attached to that QR3 label.
Reports: the section of the statistics relating to the views of your tabs.

Currently in development is a structure which allows also to those who are registered as a Phisical Person to purchase a Package of Tabs. If you are interested to buy immediately a Package of Tabs as Physical Person, contact the QR3 staff!
What is the difference between Account and Profile? Back to top
An Account is the set of essential information that characterize the QR3 registration.
The Profile is a particular Tab generally dedicated to information about the owner of the account, whether you are Physical Person or Company.
What is the difference between Profile and Tab? Back to top
The Profile is the section where you save the information regarding the person or company that owns the account.
A Tab is a section where you save the information regarding any product, event or information that you have decided to save.

A Product is an object or a service or a set of information.
An Event is a manifestation or a service that provides a start date and a end date.
Can I change my registration package? Back to top
Certainly, in every moment. The transition still requires the purchase of a new Package. If you have decided to change Package shortly after buying the first one, contact QR3 staff to check possible solutions.
How can I change the registration package? Back to top
For users registered as a Company simply login to your QR3 account and go to the Package section. By clicking on "Buy" and completing the purchase process will activate the new Package chosen. To activate the Custom Package you still need to contact the QR3 staff.
For users registered as a Physical Person is not currently possible to change Package. For special requirements, contact the QR3 staff.
What happens if I change the registration Package? Back to top
Your account will be updated with the new settings. In particular, will be switched on or off a number of Tabs in accordance with the Package you choose, and if you had chosen a Custom Package, the specific functions required will enable.
The information saved before the switch will not change.
ATTENTION: Before upgrade to a Package with fewer Tabs than the last, you need to reduce the number of your Tabs so that they are less than or equal to the number of Tabs allowed for the Package chosen. Eg. If I have purchased a Pro Package (max 25 Tabs ) and I decide to switch to a Basic package (max 5 Tabs ) I'll have to reduce the number of my Tabs created to 5 (before the transition). If the number of Tabs created was greater than the number of Tabs of the associated Package, the surplus Tabs will be maintained only for a limited time and QR3 staff not be liable for any loss of data for such Tabs.

No, it is not necessary but is recommended in order to share and disseminate your Profile and Tabs on your social channels.
I can not access my account, what can I do? Back to top
First, check that your E-mail and Password used to access are the correct ones. If you are unsure, use the password recovery tool on the home page of QR3 (click on "Login" and then on "Forgot password?").
If you are still unable to log in to your account or you have forgotten the E-mail used for registration, contact the QR3 staff for assistance.
ATTENTION: If you are registered as Company make sure you have renewed registration at your Package. If the registration has not been renewed the account will be locked. Simply renew your registration to unlock it.
I forgot my login credentials, what can I do? Back to top
You simply use the password recovery tool on the home page of QR3 (click on "Login" and then on "Forgot password?").
If you are still unable to log in to your account or you have forgotten the E-mail used for registration, contact the QR3 staff for assistance.

Absolutely yes. QR3 is designed to be accessible from any informatic device suitable for navigation on the internet, so PC, Tablet or Smartphone. The part of the consultation is strongly oriented to Mobile (due to the nature and purpose of QR3). Instead, at the moment, for the part of editing is recommended to use a PC.

Once logged in, click on the Profile section of your account, in the top bar containing the various sections : Account, Package, Profile, Tabs, QR3 and Report. You will see the page containing the information about the Profile. In this section you can: write a short description, define some basic information about your contacts, upload video, audio, image, attachment, and create links to your social channels.
In addition, at the beginning of the Profile above the description field, there is a box that allows you to define the reference language in which you are editing the Profile. You can choose to fill in the Profile only one of the languages or in all those available. Profile Tutorial

In this section you can: define the title of the Tab and if it refers to a Product or an Event, write a brief description, define some basic information about your contacts, upload videos, audio, images, attachment and create links to your social channels.

Either way, the visitor who accesses a Tab in Italian can go to your Tab in English or vice versa.
What files can I upload into Profile or Tabs? Back to top
In each Tab, you can insert images (.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .gif), an attached document (.jpg, .docx, .doc, .pdf) and an audio file (.mp3). In addition to these, you can insert a link to a video uploaded on Youtube or Vimeo and links to social such as facebook, twitter, linkedin, google+ and pinterest.

In the Tab's IMAGES section click "Add" and select the images you want to upload.
ATTENTION: maximum file size 8MB, extensions allowed .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .gif.
After adding images to upload click "Start upload" and wait for the completion of the procedure.
Finally, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
The order of the pictures can be changed at any time. The first image will be the one used in the Tab’s preview. If there are no images a default image will be used.

In the Tab's ATTACHMENT section, click "Choose file" and select the attachment you want to upload.
ATTENTION: maximum file size 8MB, extensions allowed .jpg, .docx, .doc, .pdf.

In the AUDIO section, click "Choose file" and select the audio file you want to upload.

At the moment you can only upload videos already on the platforms of Youtube or Vimeo.
In the Tab's VIDEO section, simply enter the URL of the video (eg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2l8PqB0kWg or http://vimeo.com/66079231 ).
Finally, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.
How do I enter or edit the location of my address on Profile or on a Tab? Back to top
The map will be included automatically once finished entering address data in each Profile and Tab.
ATTENTION: To dynamics related to the automatic placement of google maps, if you change the address previously saved in a Tab (or the automatic positioning is not correct ), you must manually reposition the pointer. To do this, it is sufficient to click with the left mouse button on the map and in the correct position. Finally, click "Save" at the bottom of the page.

There is no autosave and it is important that you frequently save your changes. The "Save" button is at the bottom of the page.

At the bottom of the page of Profile or Tab in the lower right corner, there is a button that says "Save". Clicking on that button and a confirmation message will appear.

There is only one Profile for each account. You can fill out the Profile in different languages, but it is not possible to complete two different Profiles in the same language.
If my file exceeds the maximum size available what can I do? Back to top
Subject to certain exceptions and reservations on the part of the QR3 staff, the maximum size of the file is fixed and unchangeable.
Consequently, it is necessary to reduce the file you want to upload using devices or specific programs.
If you can not reduce the size of the file and request to enter, however, this file has been denied, you will need to make another one smaller by eliminating some information.

In computing the file size is measured in bytes or bits (1 byte = 8 bits).
8Mb are 8 megabytes, or about 8,000 kilobytes, or 8,000,000 bytes.
Each file occupies a certain number of bytes that can usually learn by placing the mouse pointer over the file for few seconds, or looking in the file properties.

There are no minimum or maximum size. The recommended minimum size of 150 pixels on the long side. However, it is not very usefull that maximum size is more than 500px on the long side.

The space devoted to the description of the Tab offers some tools for editing the text. In particular, by the possibility of using the "Bold" or "Italic", enter numbered or bulleted lists, insert links, change color and font size.

The screen for the compilation and integration of information is different from the screen for consultation. The information, images and uploaded files are the same but change the order and layout to allow for better and suitable consultation for both navigation by PC, Tablet or Smartphone.
Once you have completed a Tab you can see a preview of how it will look; simply go to the Tabs section and click on its preview. Also, when you create the QR3 label associated to the Tab, is showed the link to the Tab for both able to share it through their own channels of communication in order to prove the view.

Wherever it is allowed and considered useful. The QR3 labels are designed for quick and immediate use so that the user has access to a precise and specific information as needed.
The QR3 labels can be incorporated in posters, advertising, other labels, brochures, forms, instructions, clothes, on any object to which it will stick or stick any label.
ATTENTION: For proper operation of the QR3 label it is recommended that it is not smaller than 2 cm in width and 3 cm in height.

Absolutely not. A QR3 label always refers to own Tab regardless of the contents. In addition, if the Tab is canceled or removed the QR3 label refers to a non-existent Tab.
The QR3 label be re-printed only if it has been modified or to add other labels or replace damaged labels.

It depends. If you want to interact with the QR3 labels you must have a device that can read them. Smartphones and Tablets are equipped with a camera and can install the QR3Reader app to read them. Anyway, there are other devices that can read a QR3 label, such as barcode\QR code readers.
However, to create, to print and to distribute the QR3 labels not need a Smartphone or a Tablet : you just need a PC and the desire to achieve your goals!

Absolutely not. A QR3 label refers to its Tab but it is a separate item. The QR3 labels can be modified or deleted without losing the contents of Tabs.

Absolutely not. A QR3 label always refers to its Tab regardless of the contents. If the Tab is canceled or removed the QR3 label refers to a non-existent Tab.

Of course. A QR3 label always refers to its Tab regardless of the contents. In this case, the URL reference to the Tab is created based on the first name given to the Tab. Consequently you can change the name of the Tab without losing the connection between QR3 label and Tab but the URL will keep the original name.
If I bad clip a QR3 label, does it still work? Back to top
It depends. The focus of the QR3 label is the black symbol made up of squares. If this is not the whole, the label is not legible.
ATTENTION: also the other elements of a QR3 label are important. Not only distinguish the QR3 label from other QR code but they guarantee the origin and certify it. If QR3 labels are reported lack the distinctive signature (logo QR3) the reference account will be blocked immediately.
